Lios Built was established to provide a more considered and accountable building experience.
After working across carpentry, site management and residential construction, Kane Liossis saw the value of having the builder involved from the earliest project conversations through to completion.
The business was created around the belief that good construction requires more than quality workmanship. It also requires careful planning, honest advice, strong organisation and communication clients can rely on.
Lios Built takes on selected projects where the design, construction quality and finished result can be properly managed.
About Kane
Kane Liossis is a registered DB-U builder with a background in carpentry, cabinet making and construction management.
His experience includes managing complex residential projects, coordinating trades and suppliers, reviewing project costs, maintaining construction programs and overseeing quality from early works through to handover.
Kane remains directly involved throughout the Lios Built process, giving clients a clear point of contact and practical builder input at every stage.
For Kane, the goal is not simply to complete a building project. It is to deliver a well-managed home that reflects the plans, the client’s priorities and the standard promised from the beginning.
